You can sign in to your account to view that status of your shipment. We will also send you an email confirmation with tracking information to the address provided once your order has shipped.

We ship all orders within 1 business days of receipt and ship most orders USPS 1st Class mail which typically takes 3-4 business days depending on your location. If you select USPS Priority Mail during checkout, shipment should take 2-3 business days after shipment.

If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, we will be happy to issue a full product refund up to 45 days after date of receipt, or for an exchange for different product for up to six months.  Original shipping fees are nonrefundable and you will be responsible for return shipping costs.  Please return the product in the original packaging with tags still attached to:

We offer a lifetime warranty on all of our sunglasses, covering all manufacturer defects. The warranty program does not cover product that is scratched, stolen, lost, dropped, sat on, or any other damages caused by the consumer. Kreedom/CrushEyes has the sole discretion to determine a manufacturer’s defect.

Kreedom & CrushEyes Goggles are covered by a 2-year warranty against all manufacturer defects. Kreedom & CrushEyes does not warranty product damaged by the consumer.
